No matter where chili originated, it was perfected in Texas. As a native Texan and Tex-Mex food fanatic, I can say that San Antonio has some the best chili restaurants in the Lone Star State. A simple stroll down the Riverwalk District will bring you face to face with some of the best chili peddlers in San Antonio.
